Short version: we keep your name and email so we can send you what you asked for. We never see your card. We do not sell anything about you to anyone.
What we collect, and why
- Your first name and email, if you ask for the free Legs day. We use them to send the sheet, and to email you about Never Skip. Nothing else.
- Your name, email and billing address, if you buy. Stripe collects these at the payment page and passes them back to us so we can send your files and answer questions about your order.
- A record that your order email was sent, kept for 90 days, so refreshing the thank you page cannot send you a second copy.
Who else touches it
- Stripe takes the payment and holds the billing details.
- Resend sends the emails, which it delivers through Amazon SES.
- Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the delivery service, and stores the name and email described above.
That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and nobody outside those three gets them.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without following you anywhere else. There are no advertising cookies on this site today.
Two small things are stored in your own browser and never sent to us: a reference for where your visit came from, so an order can be traced back to a post or an ad, and a note on the thank you page recording that your order was already counted.
How long we keep it
Your email stays on the list until you ask us to remove it. Order records are kept as long as we need them for tax and refunds. The sent-email record clears itself after 90 days.
Your say
Email hello@neverskiplegs.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No forms. If you are in the UK, EU or California you have those rights in law; we would do it anyway.
To stop the emails, reply to any of them and say so, or email hello@neverskiplegs.com. You will be off the list the same day.
Children
This is not for under 16s and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
