The proof
2024 → now
Before I sold anyone a leg program, I ran one on myself.
Same legs. Same person. What changed is that I stopped skipping.
I spent years as the skinny guy and had myself convinced I was just not built for it. I was not doing anything wrong in the gym. I was doing it sometimes.
So I picked three leg days, wrote them down, ate enough, and kept showing up on the boring weeks when nothing looked different yet.
The quads are the proof. There is no secret in here. There is a plan, and there is finishing it.
Arii / I wrote the program
Real people
People who finished it

I had the butt but was lacking the quads. Once I started following Ari's Never Skip routine, my quads have never looked so defined.

The Never Skip program covers all the bases. It truly helped me gain some mass on my legs that I have always wanted. No disproportional physiques around here.
Your week
Three days. That is the whole thing.
Legs, Lower, then Shape. The same three every week for 8 weeks, about 40 minutes each. Put them on whichever days suit you, as long as you leave a day between.
Legs
Hips and quads in the same session. This is the day that fills out your jeans.
- Hip Thrust
- Seated Leg Curl
- Hack Squat
- Hip Adductor Machine
- Hip Abductor Machine
Lower
The back of the legs and the glutes, hit a second time in the week. Hamstrings and glutes lead, quads back them up.

Unlock Day 3What changes
You are not buying a routine
You are buying the change between these two lists. The routine is just how you get there.
Right now
- You skip leg day and you know it.
- Your legs look about the same as last year.
- You walk into the gym and guess what to do.
- Your jeans are loose in the thighs.
- You do not feel great in shorts.
In 8 weeks
- You did all 24 workouts.
- Your thighs fill out your jeans.
- You know exactly what to do before you get there.
- Your butt is rounder and your legs are stronger.
- You wear the shorts.
Why it works Legs grow for three reasons
That is it. There is no secret. Most people just miss one of the three.
You show up
Three days a week, every week. I pick the days. You put them in your phone. Miss one and I tell you what to do next.
You do a little more
Each week you add one rep or a bit more weight. Just a little. Do that for 8 weeks and it adds up to a lot.
You go hard enough
The last two or three reps of a set should be hard. Not scary. Hard. I tell you when to stop on every single set.
Being honest Who this is for, and who should skip it
Get it if
- You want bigger, stronger legs and a rounder butt.
- You can get to a gym three days a week for 8 weeks.
- You are tired of walking in and guessing what to do.
- You have done at least a few months of lifting.
Skip it if
- You want to lose weight fast. This is a program for growing legs, not a diet.
- Your knee, hip or back hurts right now. See a doctor first.
- You only train at home with light dumbbells. You need a gym for this.
- You want results in two weeks. It takes 8.
Day 1 / Legs
Here is a whole workout
This is not a sample. It is the Legs day, copied straight out of the program. You run these same three days every week for 8 weeks.
| Order | What you do | Sets | Reps | Rest |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Hip Thrust | 2 | 5-9 | 2-3 min |
| 2 | Seated Leg Curl | 2 | 5-9 | 2-3 min |
| 3 | Hack Squat | 2 | 5-9 | 2-3 min |
| 4 | Hip Adductor Machine | 2 | 5-9 | 2-3 min |
| 5 | Hip Abductor Machine | 2 | 5-9 | 2-3 min |
Two sets on everything, both taken to the point where another clean rep is not happening. The program tells you exactly when to put the weight up.
That is day one of three. Lower and Shape are the other two. They are written out the same way, and they are in the program.

Three leg days, written out
Legs, Lower and Shape. Sixteen exercises, what you do on each and why it is in there.
One scheme on everything

A backup for every machine
Hack squat taken? Leg press or a goblet squat. A swap listed for every machine that gets busy.
A rule for when to add weight
One line tells you exactly when to go heavier. No chart to read, no percentages to work out, no guessing.

Questions
Before you buy
Will this make my legs bulky?
It will make them bigger and stronger. That is the point. Muscle takes months to build, so you will not wake up one day looking different than you wanted. You will just fill out your jeans better.
Why pay when there are free leg programs everywhere?
There are, and you have probably saved a few. The problem was never finding one. It was doing the same three days for eight weeks without talking yourself into something new in week three. Free programs give you options, and options are exactly what lets you skip. This gives you Tuesday: what to lift, how many, when to put the weight up, and what to do when the machine is taken. It is $49, once. One hour with a trainer is about $70, and at the end of it you still do not know what to do next week.
What exactly do I get?
A PDF you can download and print. It has the three leg days, all sixteen exercises with a line on why each one is in there, the swaps for busy machines, and the progression rule. No app to install and no login to remember.
Can I still train my arms and back?
Yes. This is only three days. Use the other days for whatever you want. The program shows you a simple weekly plan if you want one.
What if my gym does not have a machine?
Every machine has a swap listed. Hack squat taken? Leg press or a goblet squat. Be warned though: this program leans on machines, so a gym with a leg curl, an adductor and an abductor machine will serve you much better than one without.
I am new. Is this too hard?
If you have lifted for a few months, you are fine. Every exercise has a line explaining what it is for and how to do it right. Start lighter than you think, and the progression rule tells you exactly when to add weight.
What if I miss a day?
Move it to the next day and keep going. Do not do two leg days in a row. Miss a whole week and just pick the same three days back up where you left off, at the weights in your log.
How does the $100 back work?
Do all 24 workouts, then mail the sheets in. Photograph or scan all 24 of them and email them to hello@neverskiplegs.com within two weeks of your 24th workout, and I refund $100 to the card you paid with, no argument. It only works that way round: no sheets, no $100, and nothing happens automatically. It is not a discount for asking, it is for finishing. Most people who quit do it around week three, so the money sits there waiting on the other side of the week you would have quit. If your legs changed, the $100 is yours. If they did not, you get all $329 back instead, under the refund. It is one or the other, not both. It is on The Full Thing only.
I lost the email. How do I get my files back?
Put the address you paid with into the resend page and everything you bought is sent again, straight away. You always get the newest version of each file, not the one that was current the day you bought, which is what free updates forever means.
Is this a monthly thing?
No. You pay once. Nothing renews. There is nothing to cancel.
What if I want my money back?
Do all 8 weeks as written first: all 24 workouts, every set logged on the sheets, with a photo of your legs before your first session and another when you finish. If your legs have not changed, email hello@neverskiplegs.com the sheets and both photos within two weeks of your last workout, and every dollar goes back to the card you paid with. It covers all three plans.
It is for doing the work and seeing nothing for it, not for changing your mind. The files are yours the second you pay, and there is no way to hand them back.
